Why didn't I buy yesterday?

CBS Newswatch -
Register.com (RCOM: news, msgs), a newly public provider of Web-registrar services, jumped 54 percent amid news of the VeriSign-Network Solutions deal and following the company's announcement that its IPO underwriters exercised their option to buy more shares to cover overallotments. Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown, Thomas Weisel Partners and Legg Mason Wood Walker were among the underwriters. They purchased an additional 750,000 shares at $24 each.
The stock rose 27 1/4 to 77 3/8.

This looks good. However, I still have to do a thumbnail of what the probable revenue flow really looks like in a year. There is probably a similar constructive arrangement to be made with Adobe PageMill and other web page builders. Will RCOM grab them before Melbourne IT Ltd locks them up?

Working a regular job is such a pain when the market is moving rapidly. I'm always two days behind the moves! Of course, that's probably saved me once or twice, too.

Regards,

Marc
