You are right. That's definitely a consideration. Will they maintain separate stock listings for tracking or will they eventually combine the stock and have just one ticker symbol? Did you get this from any of the news?

By the way, PG might be a good buy at this time. Check the longterm chart. It looks like a classic case of overreaction.
