The recording says "very high call volume, waiting time is about 5 minutes" I waited for 30minutes to get through and my ears were red. Sometimes I have waited 45min going through some new phone recording loop they recently installed. I would like to switch but they have charges for that. How easy is it to open a US account from Canada?
