TD Waterhouse service - appalling

I am thoroughly disgusted with the TERRIBLE tardy trade execution service that TD is providing. I see they are being sued in the US for taking on new customers when they can't serve the ones they've got. I am at the point that I consider TD to be a MAJOR liability in my trading activity and in fact its as if I can't trade. This is disgusting. I have $ XXX,000 in my trading accounts and while its a hell of an inconvenience I will have to move to someone else. I am so disgusted that I have started a thread on SiliconInvestor today to bad mouth the deplorable situation at TD Waterhouse. I am in full agreement that the lawsuit is justified and would definitely consider joining a classsuit in Canada. I will be discussing that on the SI thread.

What is a person to do? Who provides fast execution in Canada.
I nominate TD Waterhouse as the WORST brokerage service. Anyone second that.
