TORONTO, March 10 /CNW/ - ThinWeb Technologies Corporation, Innovium
Capital Corp.'s joint venture partner in NoTime Wireless Corp., announced that
Donald Woodley, former president of both Oracle Corp. Canada and Compaq
Canada, has been named to the ThinWeb Board of Directors. The addition of Mr.
Woodley to the Board strengthens the Company's expertise in developing
corporate strategies to capitalize on emerging market opportunities. The new
appointment caps several months of progressive activity at ThinWeb
Technologies, which has recently launched two new products into high-growth
market sectors, announced a number of strategic alliances, and established a
new venture - NoTime Wireless Corp.
"Don is a renowned IT leader with proven abilities in corporate strategy
and the management of growth companies," said James Anthony, ThinWeb's
Chairman of the Board. "ThinWeb is currently focussed on refining its
corporate strategy and management team to capitalize on ever-increasing growth
opportunities. We expect 2000 to be a critical year in terms of building our
distribution through strategic relationships with hardware and software
vendors and systems integrators. Don's expertise will provide us with the
additional bandwidth and insights at the board level to further our corporate
mission as the leading developer of thin client e-business tools for the Net."

In 1999, Don Woodley founded The Fifth Line Enterprise, a consulting
practice engaged in providing strategic advisory services to IT companies.
Prior to this, he held the position of President of Oracle Corporation of
Canada from 1997 to 1999, where he was responsible for this subsidiary of over
one thousand employees and more than $360 million in revenues. For the decade
prior, he served as President of Compaq Canada Inc., and successfully built
this subsidiary to more than 300 staffers and over $760 million in revenues.
Mr. Woodley's career also includes executive sales and marketing positions
with Crowntek, Xerox Canada, and Memorex Canada.
Mr. Woodley serves on the Board of Directors for Telus Corporation, Star
Data Systems, Delano Technology Corporation, and Intellitactics Inc. As a
driving force within the Information Technology Association of Canada (ITAC),
he has served in past capacities as Treasurer, Vice-Chairman and Chairman, and
is currently a member of the Board of Governors. Mr. Woodley also holds the
position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Stratford Festival
of Canada.
