Digital Data Networks, Inc. a wireless, passenger communication and advertising company, is principally engaged in development, design, installation and operation of the "digital information network", a network of computerized electronics message displays that deliver current news, information and advertising to riders on-board public transit vehicles.
Spoke with Rick Boeglin, (CFO-214-969-7200). They have been looking for a merger. They own 150,000 shares of ISNI (currently $3) on their books at $1 per share from a previous attempted merger. One shareholder, Kevan Casey, has been buying shares in the open market and now owns 9% and is the largest shareholder of the company. He is meeting with the company soon to discuss details of a merger. Casey filed a 13G on 1/19/2000 stating that he now has 9.9% of the stock.
