DIDA has never had there own site, but has been a very interesting trading stock during the past year. It has had a few runs based on a potential merger with a private company ISN. ISN or Internet Sports Network, has a web site at www.sportspool.com. They have an interesting site and have been in business of sports pools for around 3 years. They are looking to go public via the merger with dida. The deal seems reasonable, and after the merger, based on my calculations, there should be around 10 million shares outstanding (not sure how many of these will be restricted). I have spoken to the President of the company who can be reached via the phone number posted on their web site. They will have a strategic plan to bring awareness to their company, which will be implemented very soon. This will include financial backing, PR firm, and advertising. Their are connected to ESPN network, and he mentioned AOL and WebTV in the same breath. The have new software that will allow virtual pools to be set up among friends right on the their TV screen, completely interactive. They seem very serious about growing and remember Dida is a fully reporting company that was on the NAS not so long ago. I don't know whether this makes it easier for ISN to be re-listed, but would love to start a discussion on the topic. Today the there was some buying, so perhaps people are becoming interested in this new direction for DIDA?ISN
