I suspect that the Company ISN, which is headquartered in Vancouver, has a corporate license out of Nevada. Thats my guess. In any case, ISN is not a public company, but following the merger, it will be. The new company will be ISN, and ticker symbol will be announced following conclusion of the merger. I spoke with the PResident of ISN yesterday, and he is planning a vigorous campaign to increase awareness of this company worldwide. The total outstanding shares will be around 10 million if you do the math. I would like to know how the company will be valued once the merger is complete. Does anyone have any ideas. When a merger is executed between two companies one public and one private not sure how this works. I suspect it depends on what ISN brings into the deal. For one thing, I suspect they will bring in some revenues, with less overhead than Dida has now, so it could have a positive effect on the stock price. Also depends on how they promote the company etc.
