Dear Jim: In general I agree with you on WCOM, however, competition is springing up like weeds. GBLX is laying fiber optic like mad, TYC is doing the same (I own stock in both besides WCOM) so WCOM doesnt have the broadband field to itself. Everyone here knows about voice communication especially on the retail level. Those are the only reasons that I am a little hesitant to say what might happen if the FON merger were to not go through. However, as I said earlier, I dont think it will fail. I agree the downside risk from here surely must be minimal. JDN
