There have been a flurry of rumors and hype posted on Yahoo and Raging Bull message boards concerning RACE; the usual big sales, buyout, merger, contracts with ATT etc., all "coming soon" of course. The stock has also been hyped by several for-hire online tout sheets; in other words, the usual crap surrounding the trading of this stock. If you read the latest financials you'll note that their revenue last quarter dropped to a mere total of $80,000. Impressive eh? In the last few years the shares outstanding have almost quadrupled, thanks to sales of discounted stock to hedge funds, some of them located offshore. The stock is now trading in Germany, probably as a convenience to the offshore funds so they can avoid the gaze of U.S. regulators. Marshall will of course tell you that things have never been better. He has his usual top secret, insider information on the big contracts, "coming soon".
