Talking to myself here, but I understand that can be good therapy. To update my last post: Talked w/Tom @ ICC. Mark is back from Europe. Sounds like road show went as well, if not even better than expected. Oversubscription still thought to be substantial. Institutions who are seeking to buy this 1M shares of private placement stock will not know their allocated shares until announcement is made. At this time it is thought that announcement of share allocation will coincide w/ announcement of merger (hopefully 2-3 weeks, at least by early June). I was hoping that the institutional rush to buy shares on the open market was going to begin yesterday or today. Tom cleared this up for me - thought I'd pass it along. Guess we'd better keep our day job for a few more weeks. Maybe combined announcemnts of completion of merger & private placement will create that sonic boom we've been waiting for.
