That is the way I see it also.
I wasn't recommending his method of investing, just his thoughts on finding a discipline and following it. He does do a pretty good job of finding winnning stocks.
They had some interesting comments on Squawk Box this morning on 3COM. It seems Palm has a Market Cap of 32B and 3COM has market cap of 23B. 3COM own 95% of Palm which it is supposed to deliver to 3COM shareholders next quarter. 1.5 shares of Palm for evry share of COMS. The way I figure it, either COMS has to go above 90 or Palm has to drop to 40, which by the way was its IPO price. it will be interesting to see what happens in the next 3 months. Somewheres in the middle would even be good for me. My next sell of 3COM comes at 77.
