Tom,

I started an AIM account in a Japanese fund recently. It's a real puzzle. Sometimes when the Nikkei is up, my fund goes down, and vice versa. I don't understand it; the fund doesn't correlate well to the Nikkei.

Anyway, the Nikkei is up about 2% this evening. They expect it to continue moving up going into their new year, beginning April 1.
