Advalorem,agree with your 2 reasons.My believe is that money
are coming back to value tech,like DELL,INTC,AMAT MSFT.
Question is CSCO,it will be hard for CSCO to go above 82.
OTC,I am a bottom fisher and I like fundamentals.Example:
NKE post on Feb 19 "....Sell all now..."inspired me to post my opinion on WCOM.
On Feb 19 I was reading almost confirmed bottom at 25-26.
Today NKE is 40.What's a damage to all NKE investors.
Go to NKE and check yourself.
