Merger Usually do not like to list OTC stock since they are often played around with by individuals but see two that are being taken over by listed companies. Both of them not currently holding any. CIST being taken over for $18M current value 13.5M by CLL. biz.yahoo.com UBTR being taken over by SPNW for .33 shares of SPNW for each share of CIST for a current takeover value of $3.465 for each one of CIST which is currently listed for $3.125. Have not done too much reasearch on both of these yet. John
