Jack Bittner,correct,T has very old network which
is difficult to upgrade,because the cost of the new fiber
is less than to change the existing one.WCOM's is quite new.
WCOM plans to upgrade it's network to 10GB/sec very soon using Juniper backbone routers.This is the highest speed available today.
Q and LVLT,they both have new and good capacity networks
as well.
