jack bittner,patent exp.in 2003,but China has 43ml mobile phone users and in the end of this year, that number will grow to at least 70ml, for them QCOM is the best choice,
3 yeas in that technology is a lot.......
Patent is not a big issue because by that time they will come with something better.
As concern the stock price,the book value is $7,but reality is different and I do not expect QCOM to go below 120,
no way!
