AT&T warns:

Just listened to Armstrong on CNBC. They won't be able to grow their growth businesses enough to make up for the decline in their mature businesses. Nice contrast to what WCOM said in its conference call. And the Street seems to understand this is an AT&T, not an industry, problem.
