My broker is a glorified order taker. He touts nothing to me other then KO IBM GE, etc... When I asked him what was up, he didn't know but asked the brokerage analyst dept. What they heard was reported at about 11 a.m. that a market timing newsletter mentioned the JP deal. He (my broker) had no advise for me as to whether this will particular deal will go down or not... LEH made it up to 38 7/8 about 20 minutes ago... I'm not in the market for any more LEH, just looking for the right time to liquidate some of my LEH holdings so that my portfolio is better balanced. Presently over 50% of my equity poistions are in LEH.
