Nothing is for certain Phil, but history teaches that when a stock is up big on a rumor, that rumor is likely to be true. People with the big money to move a big stock like LEH (not us) don't throw money away. Anyway, you donwside risk, which is always important to consider, is VERY low...you already know the upside.

LEH has been "in play" for a few weeks now...look at the chart.

How I find these is to serach the Westlaw database (very expensive pay service) for news stories indicating market rumors...depending on the stock action, I pounce.
