Jim, we got the bad productivity number, and they were able to hold things up somewhat, natch. Anyway, it is funny how one event you are looking for can lead you a certain strategy, which is why I went short the indexes Monday, but yesterday, the day before the report, we really had a nice tradeable market dump. So, I was in the correct mode anyway. BTW, a few months ago I was mentioning to people I thought we were in for at least 1/2 point increase in the funds rate, everyone thought I was nuts. Now they expect it. Go figure<G> The metals are starting to heat up, same with the grains.
