This post of mine on April 19th should be looked at in
conjunction with this new post.

This new work-up shows a significant change and suggests
that a Bear Market is close to being in place, if not
already in place.

Combined with the "M" patterns on all major Index charts,
these markets are near capitulation. The markets would
have to rally up to above the "V" portion of this formation
to suggest the bear trend has been broken.
Furthermore, the DOW Weekly chart has a classic "M" formation.
