the California Rodeo

VANCOUVER, BC -- May 17, 2000 ƒ??- clipclop.com Enterprises Inc. (OTC BB: CLOPF)
The Company announced that it has been appointed as the "Official Internet
site for Equine Information" for the California Rodeo and it will be a
"Champion Sponsor" of the Rodeo to be held at Salinas, California July 20 -
23, 2000.
The Rodeo, a major event on the rodeo circuit, is extensively promoted
throughout California via television, radio, print media and direct mail
campaigning. As an integral part of being the Official Internet site for
Equine Information, the Rodeo web site, www.carodeo.com, will carry a direct
link to clipclop.com on each of its feature pages. Each year in the past
more than 130,000 people have attended and participated in the Rodeo and Big
Week activities. Also, the Rodeo is regularly featured on the Wranglers
World of Rodeo television series on ESPN and ESPN2. According to ESPN,
televised rodeos draw an audience in excess of 22 Million viewers.
Participation in the event as Champion Sponsor will entitle clipclop.com to
significant exposure including direct links from the Rodeo web site to
clipclop.com, having its flag presented during each performance and during
the Saturday and Sunday horse parade through downtown Salinas, display of the
clipclop.com logo on a 4-foot by 8-foot permanent sign in the arena for the
next year and on two 4-foot by 8-foot banners during each performance and a
full page advertisement in the California Rodeo Souvenir Program. The
Company has paid a fee of $10,000 to the California Rodeo to be the Official
Internet site and a Champion Sponsor.
