Dynamix Corporation: Announcement
CALGARY, ALBERTA--Dynamix Corporation ("Dynamix"), announces the appointment of Mr John E. Squarek, P. Eng., MBA, to the positions of President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamix effective immediately.
Mr Squarek brings to the company over 30 years experience in the petroleum industry both nationally and internationally. Over the last 10 years Mr Squarek was the General Manager of ERT Explosives Australia, 1989-1992, President and CEO of Bellevue Resources Ltd, 1993-1995, and at First Star Energy Ltd, was President and CEO May,1995-May 1999, and prior to his resignation in December 1999, Vice-Chairman.
Over the next three months Mr Squarek will be reviewing and evaluating the philosophy and direction of Dynamix with the view to positioning the company such that it can grow and develop into a viable and profitable oil and gas exploration and production company and expand the role and services of its 100 percent owned subsidiary, Fastway Exploration Ltd, a full service seismic acquisition company.
Dynamix is a junior oil company listed for trading on the Canadian Venture Exchange under the symbol DYX.
