Valid questions on my part without trying to offend. Thanks for responding. I knew I was missing something. Your numbers are correct about Oxford, 5 mil shares and 1/2 this years revenues. What confused me was that they sold GFP in 1998 and still released news about GFP and MBHC's book value of approx. $1.43 (same release) in 1999.

You are also correct about the 9-10 mil in carry-forward losses. If I understand correctly, GFP is no longer an issue with NICM. I do have some more questions concerning the "issuance of stock to subsidiary" between 1998 - 3/00. I will post soon. I hope you can help me to understand as before.

Don't get frustrated about my questions. Fully understanding the Filing is important to me. And yes, I have read filing 4 times and will re-read again.
