NICM is the new symbol for National Institute Companies of America as of April 12, 2000. The company is headed by a CEO who took his previous company from nothing to $2 Billion+ before selling out to Liberty Mutual Insurance. The President of the Company was a large insurance company executive and the proposed board has everything from VP's at Paine Webber to Presidential appointees. The company has already projected $75 million in revenues and $8,250,000 EBIT based on several acquisitions. They also announced several major acquisitions are in the works and will be finalized by years end. Add to that a stake in a late year financial IPO and IMO you have a goldmine at about 0.50. To all who venture upon this thread and this company, I wish you the best of luck in your investments. While I am by no means an expert, I have done alot of DD since management took over last March and I became an investor. If you have any questions, comments, whatever, post them and we will try to find the answers for you. Let try to keep this as a discussion on NICM and things that relate to it. Lets try to keep focus on the company and base comments etc. filled with facts to back them up whether pro or con. If we can adhere to these simple suggestions, it will allow others the opportunity to learn about NICM without spending hours wading through worthless information. Bruceski | ||||||||||||
