Before going to pinks I said NICM would need to increase shares or do a reverse. I have not received a proxy so I will assume what I have read on RB to be correct, regarding a proxy to increase the amount of authorized amount of shares.

I personally will vote "NO". Enough blindfaith with no results. Too many missed deadlines and now an increase while on pinks. As long as we are on the pinks the can sell shares without registering the shares.

First management converts prefered stock to increase shares. Since then we have more than doubled the number of shares outstanding. Now they want to more than double the authorized shares while on pinks.

I want to see the financials. I don't beleive for one minute that this is a move to protect againist any hostile takeover. That is BS. I would gladly approve a reverse but not an increase.

I'm starting to seriously doubt management's comment to the shareholders. As long as we are on the Pinks management can do what they want and file admendments to original filing. All without shareholders knowing what is going on.

Something stinks...:-(
