Nothing to discuss. After Feb 16, Management will have full authority to do what they want without the shareholders approval. From where I sit their is nothing positive to discuss. On the other hand I could think of a growing list of negatives. Shareholder dilution, Missed deadlines, No financials, Pink sheets. I strongly recommend investors stay away from NICM. I'm waiting to get out with zero gains or losses. Too many dark clouds. Good luck Greg
