The market "feels" not horribly overvalued to me at this moment -- the NYSE has been treading water between 580 and 660 for about 2 years now, and the NASDAQ's drop has done away with a substantial amount of excess.

But, who ever heard of an overvalued market stopping when it drops back down to fair value? I'd expect to see a much undervalued market (at least the NASDAQ) at some point...
