Post: Did previous or current management release false information regarding GFP and MBHC's book value in order to sell shares received by CCIC? If GFP was sold in 1998, why release GFP news in 1999? Reply: Maybe you didn't read my last post but the filing does not say that GFP was sold in 1998. It says they decided to sell it in 1998 and it was still on the books in December 1998. Therefore it was not sold. Since management took over in 1999 and the PR's in question were from when they first started, I would assume that they were sold afterward. The company has come forward with all the dirty laundry from the past so why would you accuse them of false PR's? Post: My question is, Are their any potential actions that would affect NICM? Is the SEC satisfied with the redemption of bonds/notes? Response: If the bonds/notes are settled and paid, why would SEC not be happy? they are there to protect investors and obviously the investors are happy or they wouldn't have settled. Post: If we recieve approval, then yes but if we go pink then ????? At this point I will expect the worst and hope for the best. Response: If you truly expect the worst, then why not just sell. DUH!!! If you think its going pink, the prudent thing to do is sell. It will get cheaper there. If you can honestly read the filing and don't have the confidence to believe that these guys provided an honest filing YOU NEED TO SELL. No point asking these questions because we all read the same filing you did. Anything we say is our opinion which has no bearing on anything.
