I honestly believe there is a hidden agenda behind all of this. Those that control governments by means of their great wealth and capital movement (make no mistake, the FED is NOT a government entity, let alone a constitutional entity), have an agenda to level prosperity across the board around the world. The intention, IMO, is to create the atmosphere necessary to at some point, some day, to pave the way for the creation of a world government. It is not right in their minds that the US should have such a strong, growing, and expanding economy. The excuse to fight this nearly non-existent inflation is a good vehicle for achieving this goal.

One has to wonder, either these folks at the FED are incompetent or there is a hidden agenda. I for one don't think they're incompetent. I think they know exactly what they're doing (sinister as it may be to our nation's economic health). It is hard to imagine that anyone would think it actually a good thing for the economy to have another couple harsh rate hikes. As you've so well pointed out, we are only now experiencing the effects of the first one or two 1/4pts. The macro economy is a huge beast with lots of momentum and inertia. Not too easy to turn on a dime.

How's that for a conspiracy theory?

Best Regards,
KT
