We are responding to questions from a number of investors regarding
clipclop.com's immediate investment potential.

As you know there are four stages to successful e-commerce web site
development:

1) Target a under-serviced market with high potential.
2) Create significant traffic flow.
3) Attract merchants to the site
4) Generate positive cash flow

We are on target to achieving these goals.

1) The equine market generates $25 Billion annually in the US alone.
2) clipclop.com's traffic has jumped over 500% in the past month, reaching
80,000 hits per day.
3) clipclop.com's auction service is now open and a massive advertising
campaign is underway. Clipclop.com full service e-commerce facility is in
final testing and will launch on June 12 thus realizing our goal of providing
consumer-to-consumer, business-to-consumer and, by August,
business-to-business services. We have identified over 50,000 horse related
businesses that are currently not represented on the world wide web.
4) clipclop.com's overhead is low and only needs $1 million in net revenue to
break even. We estimate that 50% of all revenue after that will flow to the
bottom line, resulting in significant value for shareholders. Our business
plan calls for us to generate $160 million in revenue over the next five
years. We have $1.4 Million Cash in the treasury now.
