Jim, I just take random events, and filter though them, then pick a strategy. I agree, most economists are wrong most of time, take the constant revision of numbers by govt. economists, for example. So you have to be pragmatic in your approach. But a few I have followed for years, so I pay attention. Anyway, here is something of interest.
