There is really no sense in sending a letter to the sec, BNEZ has really done nothing wrong expect very poor management and forecasting on monies needing to fund operations and day to day running of a business. All of their press releases have the safe harbour act at the end. It was a good idea that was mismanaged for certain reasons that the shareholders will never know of. mitchell
