New facts that I over looked with some old facts.

NICM has 14 years of proven success.

NICM is one the largest estate planning companies in the US servicing over 1800 banks and bank clients. With about 37% of market share. NICM is the number one fee generator for the State Associations. Community and Independent Banks.

From 1990 to 1998, the Company reviewed and assisted in the financial planning of assets in excess of $7.1 Billion dollars with cash, qualified money and marketable securities in excess of $1.9 Billion dollars, requesting Registered Investment Advisory ("RIA") services.

NICM has successfully planned the estates of over 32,000 participants.

NICM helps design a plan to meet estate planning objectives (average savings: $400,000).

NICM has a mandatory operating model of scheduled portfolio reviews every two (2) years.

Personal comments:
Statements above covers one (1) of six (6) subsidiaries owned by National Institute Companies of America - symbol NICM. Two (2) subsidiaries were acquired in the 1st quarter of 2000. The repeal of Glass-Steagal act of 1933 and recent acquisitions should have a significant impact on the 2nd quarter revenues. It would be nice to see 2nd quarter results in early July.

How much does a soda cost?....:-)
