I think lifetime is a problem with the technology across the board. However the displays that MOT are going to be using (from Pioneer??) I assume will have commercial lifetimes.

Periodically I read articles where folks claim robust OLEDs but if that were the case I think we'd see more on the market. It's not like you have to set up a silicon fab to punch these babies out <g>. I suppose there are other manufacturing problems that figure in, though. I just haven't heard what they are.
