Esrey should've just said--sell off the stock, it's going nowhere. He must be in some kind of tiff with Ebbers; This has been dead and buried money much too long and Ebbers clearly no longer cares about the stock price--beginning to really believe that holding this has been a big mistake which is likely to get bigger--there is simply no meaningful upside in this stock--for a very long time. Without wireless, WCOM has BIG problems--LD is dying--look at SBC's entry--more RBOCs to follow; model was to sell package of services to businesses, now NXTL much too expensive--if Sprint tanks and Ebbers goes after NXTL, the stock will be in regulatory/deal limbo for yet another year... WCOM has been abysmal for too long.. And, I no longer care what Jacvk--(Pay me and I'll say anything no matter how false or foolish) Grubman says.
