Katie, Have you seen the product work in real life? Do we have any testimonials from schools who use them? After a little research I discovered over at RB that a Florida Official cited the Safe-T-bar system as not being certified: "The Safe-T-Bar system you mentioned has not been certified by the bus manufacturers as meeting all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards".
