Jim, Katie MJXC received its first order to have buses fitted out with the Safe-T-Bar on 29 Feb, this year, from a southern California school district. The company has recently wrapped up its marketing campaign, having barnstormed NJ, TX, FL and, of course, CA. They had installed the Safe-T-Bar equipment on a bus they purchased and demonstrated its use to a reasonably large number of interested (we're told) school district personnel. I'm not sure the lack of certification re: federal safety standards is a stopper. It's certainly safer than no restraint at all. I'm sure they'll work that out. Bill
