HI RFH, I noted a few things in Value Line this week about your favorite fast food server. There were ten insiders buying in February and one in March this year - just when you were doing your buying....... Nice move! Nothing like buying with the Big Boys. Beta is 0.85 (relatively low) Stock Price Stability is 70 (relatively high) Still, the 1999 HIGH was $31-3/4 and the low was $14! Book Value should nearly double in 3-5 years Revenues will be up about 1.5X in 3-5 years Capital structure is 80% Common Stock. Dave owns 4.8% of the outstanding shares Off. and Dir. own 19.8% of shares It looks to me that they are serious about making Wendys work. They've put their money on the line. You bought right along with the Insiders. The price fell by more than 50% from the '99 high to the '00 low. It also has recovered 50% from its lows. This should be enough activity to prevent boredom!
