You are right for Nokians to worry about Motorola [and Lucent and Ericy]. Nokia is the one which is very short on royalty agreements with QUALCOMM. Motorola has got nice cheap royalty payments to make thanks to very old agreements. Nokia is shut out of 3G at the moment. Ericy is in, thanks to what might be the coup of the century in getting a late licence from Q! at absurdly cheap rates.
