From where do you get the claim that 8 might be the most profitable entry point and even if it is which 8 do you mean?

I kinda dreamed it up, Barry. No, actually, there was some discussion about the above on the AIM BB a while back. I have not done that particular simulation myself and don't know if an ascending or descending 8 was mentioned.

In practice I would always go with the method that gave me the best ROCAR and adjust overall returns by carefully watching my cash portion.

To my mind, that's the bottom-line !
