Message 13528421 The information presented above is consistent with my understanding of SSTI's current technology. I think it would be great to call the company (SSTI) and ask. I still understand that SuperFlash is great for code storage and execution, but that it has not been exploited to any significant degree for use in high density storage applications. Whether or not the split-gate architecture is acceptable for MLC is not known to me. These questions are way beyond my understanding of these engineering concepts. BTW, I thought the Nakhimovsky article you linked was more pro-SNDK than pro-SSTI. Ausdauer
