Hi Pat: Re Austin AWOL A wise move Pat, its 104 here in Ft Worth. Today is the first time in over 35 years I have taken one of my own cars to a mechanic- to have him re-charge the A/C unit. And generous to give up your seat so some of those 12,000 new employees( and potential shareholders) could attend the meeting. Its beginning to sink in that there are more important things than money. Meaning the hiking and bike riding etc as opposed to sitting at computer. With me it is slowly sinking in what others are talking about in investing. Buying low, for example, as Mr Buffett does would produce huge gains in recent months. And planning or thinking long term is important to prevent selling when down, which I do far too often.Some of my pigs are flying today-sdli ( per LEE of Georgia-never sell Sdli), Glw (which I call glassworks) even my brokers holdings are doing well -Mwd, Altr- something for everyone.(G) Regards Sig
