Glenn,

Let me step in and offer a remark regarding ACTM management.

I agree with Paul in that I too have some concerns for
their ethics and credibility. They did move the previous
CFO (Doug Greenlaw) aside (after the inventory shortfall
they experienced a few years back)... but it took Pino
a long time to do this and he kept Greenlaw on the payroll.
They replaced Greenlaw with the current CFO, Jeff Lavin,
who I have higher respect for. This can well be interpreted
as a positive change, but I think my main concern is Pino
himself... and he'll be with ACTM forever since he owns so
much of the company (and basically can call the shots all by himself).

Anyone else care to comment on ACTM management?
