Larry, You are right, no body knows where is the bottom except God and he isn't telling. Well, I guess we just have to wait and see. I just find out that Samsung is one of the MEMC's principal customers and if I remembered right, Samsung is one of the big companies cut back on 16M DRAM production. The recent drop on price probably has some thing to do with it. I'll call the company on Monday to find out what is the % of their busness goes to Samsung. Even with the cut back on orders, they probably can still sale their products to other customers like Intel which is not their customer at the present time. Jim
