I don't follow CLS too closely. MGV does though and would have your answer as he also owns SCI and FLex I beleive and his call on SCI weakness awhile back was right on and repeated by Mr. SAPP in fact at the CC. Flex's tax rate which I beleive is only 12 % but may have gone up because of the DIIG Merger versus SCI which is more normal in the 30s is one big difference. Thus Flex shows the same earnings about as SCI even though the shares outstanding are a lot different with FLex probably approacing 220 mill after lastest deal and SCI probably at 150 mill if memory serves me right. Lots of noise here today. The Blue Angels are practicing and the dog is in the house.
