Hi Ray. I have read that many, many, web users are not on-line much more than 15-20 hours. About 80% of AOL users don't exceed their 5 hour minimum. For these folks, 20/20 is a good offer. For the heavy user (1 hour per day +) I agree it is not the best (cheapest) deal...but it does offer a lot of bundled content in one convenient spot. Convenience, ease of navigation and having some of the "web-trash" screened out, while cool sites are highlighted as they become available, is a value added feature set that is going to become ever more desirable to the average on-line customer, imho. I will also observe that those on this site are NOT your average on-line customer, so I did expect some responses along the lines of yours. No problem... Regards, Brian
