Thanks Bob for the info and explanation; but I do worry about a cheap PP by PFN; and I still have a bad taste in my mouth from ITF, but still do not feel like I really understand very well what happened there.

And, I still think there is a bigger point out there that is a bit obtuse, but real nevertheless, that these last results emphasized: Commercial PGM deposits at these prices are very hard to find.

Outside of SA and probably Russia and except for SWC and PDL, Sudbury has the best general deposits of PGM's I know of in the world. PGM's are rare and do not exist in large high grade deposits, anywhere in the world. They are hard to find and hard to refine.

So, we have this amazing worldwide demand that I think will continue to grow and a scarce resource to meet demand with. I am guessing South Africa, with their relatively large reserves will ultimately determine price and the rest of the worlds production will be tag along - but the price will be, imo, much higher than it is today.
