Baird, I think <6mos to fill and bring up if you have no delivery problems and you are in a hurry. TSMC probably was most visible and fastest with Tainan site (although it was a green earth site). It is difficult to answer question if you include order and delivery of equipment. If it is a big company, they may divert systems targetted for an older site to a new site to cover critical path issues. Yes the Micron shell has been around awhile (don't recall current plans) but I thought Micron picked up capacity with TI/Hitachi acquisition?
